Phoenix contractor giving away furnaces

November 11, 2009
The public is invited to submit nominations on who should receive the systems.

Phoenix-based contractor Hobaica Services is giving away free HVAC systems to deserving individuals this holiday season.

It’s part of the contractor’s Business Entities Getting Involved in our Neighborhoods or “BEGIN” program. For the second straight year, Hobaica will give away one system weekly in November and December.

“During these troubling economic times, we wanted to focus our attention on the particular needs in the community that we can help directly,” said company President Paul Hobaica. “With so many people feeling the effects of the poor economy, we wanted to do something that would bring some good news and help to our neighbors in need.” The public is invited to submit nominations for whom should receive the systems. Go to this Web site for a nomination form.
