More than 4,100 people have already registered to attend Fabtech, officials with the Precision Metalforming Association announced.
The PMA is holding its event, Metalform, in conjunction with Fabtech, Nov. 15-18 in Chicago.
With about four months to go, pre-registration numbers are running 27 percent higher than in 2007 - the last time Fabtech was held at Chicago’s McCormick Place convention facility, PMA officials pointed out.
And about 25 percent of those already registered, PMA said, have expressed an interest in Metalform exhibitors' stamping technologies, and 34 percent said they are interested in tooling.
