N.J. contractor earns safety award
The mechanical contracting and engineering firm earned the award for exemplary jobsite
safety in 2009.
Armistead Mechanical Inc. has been given the Gold Safety Award by the Northeastern Subcontractors Association.
The fourth-generation mechanical contracting and engineering firm with offices in Waldwick, N.J., and Newburgh, N.Y., earned the award for exemplary jobsite safety in 2009, company officials said.
“We are thrilled to have received this award and are proud of our achievement of maintaining superior safety records,” said company President Bob Armistead. “We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of safety on our job sites and will continue to infuse knowledge and training into the Armistead team in order to properly preserve the safety and health of our employees.”
