PHCC starts online training
The first session is Sept. 10.
The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association and its educational foundation have launched an online business management training series.
The first program, “Recession-Proofing Your Business,” will be held 11 a.m. to noon Eastern time Sept. 10. Future programs include “Double Your Revenue Without Adding One New Customer,” “Building a ‘Killer’ Strategic Plan,” “Decision Traps and Pitfalls,” “The Top 10 Questions Every Business Owner Should be Able to Answer” and “The Art of Negotiation.”
“Our online approach allows contractor members to learn new strategies without leaving their offices,” said PHCC Membership Director Cindy Sheridan. “And since each paid session can be watched by the entire office from a single site, business owners can choose for staff to be educated at the same time. The cost of the education is minimal, making this a very affordable and worthwhile investment.”
Each session costs $49 for PHCC members and $99 for nonmembers. Go to www.phccweb.org for details.
