Semco's Neuton Multiple Zone chilled beam pump module has new features
Semco’s updated Neuton Multiple Zone chilled beam pump module now has the ability to control active chilled beams in up to five small rooms — averaging 120 square feet each — in office buildings, hospitals, schools and other commercial buildings. Company officials say this cuts chilled beam control equipment and installation costs by 60 percent. A winner of a 2016 AHR Innovation Award, the Neuton Multiple Zone features thermostat-controlled valves that can be installed in a labor- and material-saving manifold configuration near the pump module or individually near each chilled beam. Chilled beam retrofits and new-construction projects are suitable applications. Smaller boiler and chiller sizes are also applicable.
