Shurtape Technologies’ AF 100 with EasyPeel is an aluminum foil tape with a “crack and peel” split liner that allows HVAC technicians to start the tape even with work gloves on, officials say. The tape is recommended for use where application temperatures range from 20°F below zero to 260°F as well as in humid conditions when sealing joints, connections and seams on rigid fiberglass duct board and flexible air duct.
