Esab Welding & Cutting Products has introduced the Aristo Mig 4004i Pulse power source to its Aristo line of welding equipment. The company says the inverter-based power source is approximately 25 percent more energy efficient than conventional welding equipment, and also weighs 70 percent less than comparable units and has a footprint that is 80 percent smaller. The pulse function makes the Aristo suitable for advanced, spatter-free welding in aluminum and stainless steel.
