Spectronics Corp. says its new BigEZ leak-detection kit contains everything needed to locate refrigerant leaks in medium- to large air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Included in the kit is the Opti-Luz 400, a powerful, rechargeable violet light LED leak-detection flashlight that reveals the exact source of every leak with a bright, fluorescent glow.

The flashlight has has an inspection range of 25 feet or more. Also included in the kit are the BigEZ dye injector; a multidose 4-ounce universal dye cartridge; a hose assembly with check valve and low-loss fitting; a purge fitting; an 8-ounce spray bottle of Glo-Away dye cleaner; three drip plugs; an AC/DC charger and fluorescence-enhancing glasses.
