3M has changed the name of its commercial HVAC filter products. Previous sold under the Filtrete brand, they will now carry the 3M name and logo.

The change was the result of testing that showed many commercial customers see Filtrete as a consumer-oriented name, the company said. The change will help simplify product selection for customers, officials added.
