Company Receives Gold Safety Award and Governor’s Award for Continued Excellence

Armistead Mechanical Inc., a provider of mechanical construction, engineering, and contracting services throughout the New Jersey/New York area, has received two awards recognizing the company’s outstanding safety record.
EMCOR Group Inc., a leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure, and facilities services, announced that, for a second time, EMCOR has received a Chairman’s Safety Award from CNA, one of the nation’s leading commercial insurance providers.
W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been recognized with a Best of the Best Award for safety from SCF Arizona for the second consecutive year. The Phoenix plumbing, heating and cooling contractor was honored for being among the top 120 companies in a pool of nearly 25,000 businesses.

Armistead Mechanical Inc. received the Governor’s Award from the New Jersey Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health Awards Program at a special reception in Totowa on May 24. The award recognized companies that displayed exemplary workplace safety during the 2011 calendar year.
