The Unified Group will be hosting a Service Coordinator Forum in Chicago. The session is geared toward emerging the service coordinator or anyone who deals with both internal and external customers. The Unified Group is bringing back previous Service Management Forum speaker, Steve Thomas, to focus on creating teams, people skills, and building a higher level of communication.
