In the framework of the 10th European Week of Regions and Cities, EHPA is trying to attract regional politicians, planners/officials and relevant EU-based stakeholders. We believe that it will be interesting to use the example of cities/regions already active in supporting heat pumps to illustrate how they went about deciding, planning and executing their ambitious heat pump plans. That can then also morph into a discussion on how one can use cohesion/structural funds for partial funding.
