NORMAN, Okla. - Luxaire® Heating and Air Conditioning renewed its commitment to helping children with life-threatening medical conditions by signing its third three-year contract with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America®. This extends the partnership into 2011 and commits $675,000 in contributions over three years.

The company first embarked on a partnership with Make-A-Wish in 2001, agreeing to donate a portion of every sale of a Luxaire product toward its minimum annual contribution of $250,000. Since that time, Luxaire has donated more than $1.75 million dollars to the organization, enough to grant the wishes of 250 children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.

“We greatly appreciate the relationship we have forged with Luxaire during the past eight years,” said Angie Kuss, corporate alliances manager for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. “The generous spirit of Luxaire and the enthusiasm of its employees enable our organization to enrich the lives of the courageous children we serve and bring hope, strength, and joy to their families.”
