The project consists of the renovations of nine free-standing buildings, the partial demolition, renovation and connection of the gymnasium, auditorium and an instructional building with more than 55,000 square feet of new construction. 

Using building information modeling (BIM) software from Technical Sales International Inc., Walsh Mechanical Contractors' estimating and computer-aided drafting departments were able to ensure a project was completed from the initial bid pro-posal to the turnover of the building to the owner.
