Paul Tse of the Rockville, Maryland-based Shapiro & Duncan Inc. testified Tuesday in front of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce.
The Obama administration estimates that 4.2 million workers will either receive raises or protections against being forced to work more than 40 hours a week.

The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and the Association of Facilities Engineering have agreed to collaborate where possible on issues, conferences, education and chapter activities.
The prior arrangement dates back to when the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute and the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association merged to form AHRI in 2008.
