 The regulatory and environmental issues surrounding commercial and residential air-conditioning system refrigerants are explored in a new white paper from Emerson Climate Technologies. 

 David Crowe, the association’s chief economist, said that despite the increase, the market still has not yet fully returned to usual activity levels.
