INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — The 2025 Bryant Dealer Rally welcomed hundreds of Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers (BFADs) from across North America for a multi-day celebration of excellence, innovation, and community impact. Held in Indianapolis, the event featured a product and programs tradeshow, an awards ceremony, and exclusive activities tied to the iconic Indianapolis 500.

The awards ceremony, a highlight of the event, recognized top-performing dealers for their outstanding achievements in business performance, customer service, community involvement, and brand loyalty. Honors such as the Dealer of the Year, Charles Bryant Award, and Pinnacle Award celebrate individuals and teams who exemplify Bryant’s “Whatever It Takes” philosophy. Recipients are selected based on rigorous criteria, including leadership in the HVAC industry, commitment to employees and communities, and dedication to service excellence.

Bryant’s 2025 Dealer of the Year:

Superior Service (Lake St. Louis, MO): A third-generation family business and 100% loyal Bryant dealer since 1972, Superior Service was named the 2025 Bryant Dealer of the Year. The dealership is recognized for its leadership in Evolution system sales, IAQ solutions, employee development, and philanthropic outreach, including partnerships with Make-A-Wish Missouri/Kansas and the St. Charles County Fair.

2025 Charles Bryant award recipients:

  • The Weather Changers (Denver, CO): Founded by Chris and Samantha Houchin, this dealership was honored for its Trade Advocacy Program, community service initiatives, and commitment to promoting women in HVAC. Their 5-star customer service and educational outreach have made a lasting impact on the Denver metro area.
  • Family Heating & Air (Pensacola, FL): Family Heating & Air, founded by David and Sonya Fowler, is a trusted HVAC provider in Pensacola known for its strong values and deep community involvement. The company supports local initiatives like Comfort for Vets and Feeding America, while also fostering a fun, team-oriented workplace culture.

2025 Pinnacle Award recipients: criteria includes earning the Medal of Excellence Award five times.

  • Elite Mechanical Systems (Windom, MN): A first-generation business founded in 2009, Elite Mechanical has grown from a single van to a regional leader in residential and commercial HVAC. Their commitment to education, ethics, and community support, including scholarships and nonprofit partnerships, earned them the 2025 Pinnacle Award.
  • Quality Air (Asheville, NC): A trusted name in North Carolina, Quality Air was also honored with the Pinnacle Award for its dedication to customer satisfaction, employee development, and community engagement.

Bryant honored 20 exceptional dealers with the Medal of Excellence Award for their commitment to customer satisfaction, business excellence, and community leadership. Additionally, 74 dealers were named to the Circle of Champions, recognizing their outstanding performance and dedication to the highest standards in the HVAC industry.

“These award-winning dealers represent the very best of what Bryant stands for,” said Nick Arch, vice president and general manager, residential HVAC solutions at Bryant. “Their commitment to their customers, their communities, and their teams is what drives our brand forward. The Dealer Rally is our opportunity to celebrate their achievements and inspire continued excellence across our network.”
