NSI Industries Acquires SUPCO
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — NSI Industries LLC, a provider of electrical, HVAC, and building technology product solutions for more than 45 years, acquired Allenwood, New Jersey-based Sealed Unit Parts Co. Inc. (SUPCO), an HVACR and appliance parts company that designs, manufactures, and distributes high-performing parts, components, test instruments, and tools. SUPCO broadens and strengthens NSI’s products offering in these important and growing categories.

SUPCO engineers invented the patented Bullet® Line Tap valve in the 1960s, discovered the PTC technology behind the company’s two-wire air conditioning and refrigeration hard start kits, and manufactured an electronic vacuum gauge in the 1990s. Today, SUPCO operates manufacturing facilities in New Jersey, the Midwest, and abroad, maintaining a worldwide network of sales representatives and distributors to serve both domestic and international industries as well as an in-house engineering team to ensure its products are produced to the highest standard by people who know the industry.
