Nortek Global HVAC Welcomes Gunder Associates for Sales and Support in the Southwest US
ST. LOUIS — Nortek Global HVAC announced HVAC manufacturer’s representative Gunder Associates will represent its residential and aftermarket products in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado from a sales and support standpoint.
Based just north of Dallas in Carrollton, Texas, Gunder has brought high-quality products and services to businesses who engineer and construct HVAC systems since 1980. In the past four decades, the firm grew across a wide swath of the Southwest, attracting some of the country’s top manufacturers with a willingness to learn its partners’ product inside out and commitment to training. Even with Gunder’s deep experience, Nortek’s line of products will be uncharted territory.
“This is a really big opportunity for a large equipment line we’ve never had before,” said Karen Gast, customer service manager, Gunder. “We’re one of the largest, if not the top, HVAC rep firms in the country, but this type of equipment, we’ve never been in that space. This will be a big challenge for us and a huge opportunity.”
Nortek believes its new partner is more than ready for the challenge. Gunder brings a reputation for superior customer service that other manufacturer’s representatives don’t always have, and the firm came highly recommended by its peers in the industry.
