Reliable Controls’ RC-Hospitality® Achieves Oracle® Validated Integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA
VICTORIA, British Columbia — Reliable Controls®, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced the achievement of Oracle Validated Integration of RC-Hospitality® 1.0 with Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5.5. RC-Hospitality is a simple, flexible, and sustainable guest-room integration solution. RC-Hospitality automatically assigns the HVAC/lighting occupancy setting for any room upon guest check-in, enabling the MACH-System™ to improve guest-room comfort and operational efficiency, while delivering analytics for the entire facility.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. The integration will instill confidence in customers, helping to reduce costs and provide an improved user experience.

Oracle Validated Integration, available through the Oracle PartnerNetwork, gives customers confidence that the integration of a complementary partner software product with an Oracle “on-premises” application has been validated and the products work together as designed. This can help customers reduce risk, improve system implementation cycles, and provide for smoother upgrades and simpler maintenance. Oracle Validated Integration applies a rigorous technical process to review partner integrations and partners who successfully complete the program are authorized to use the “Oracle Validated Integration” logo.
