CSHQA Names David Bastow Mechanical Engineer Manager
BOISE, Idaho — CSHQA announced that David Bastow has joined the firm as mechanical engineering manager.
Bastow brings more than 37 years of design engineering and field experience in refrigeration, HVAC, controls, electrical, plumbing, computerized hourly energy modeling, and energy audits to the firm. He has worked on a variety of projects including the refrigeration/mechanical design of over 450 grocery stores, numerous industrial ammonia refrigeration projects, and has completed over 100 larger commercial/industrial facility energy modeling/evaluation projects.
Bastow will be involved with numerous commercial and retail projects. He earned associates, liberal arts/mechanical engineering degrees from the College of Southern Idaho in 2001 and is a graduate of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society – Terms 1-3 (Refrigeration & HVAC), 1988.
