Daikin Applied will lease new office space in Plymouth, Minnesota, to accommodate its existing and growing corporate workforce. Daikin’s corporate headquarters at 13600 Industrial Park Blvd, Plymouth, currently houses 460 employees. The company will add new office space at the Atria building at 3033 Campus Drive, Plymouth, Minnesota; the added space will support existing staff as well as new positions planned for future growth.

Over the last six years, Daikin Applied Americas has more than doubled its business and expects double digit annual growth to continue. The company recently announced a $40 million investment in a new factory in Faribault, Minnesota. The current Plymouth building will continue to serve as headquarters, housing the Technology Center and the Applied Development Center (ADC).

Daikin Applied Americas currently employs approximately 2,500 people across 11 locations in the United States and Canada.
