Halff Associates Inc. Acquires Genesis and Genesis CEI
Genesis will now do business as Genesis Halff, and Genesis CEI will do business as Genesis Halff CEI
RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff Associates Inc. (Halff), a Richardson, Texas-based engineering/architecture consulting firm, announces the acquisition of Tampa-based GGI LLC (Genesis) and its construction engineering and inspection company, Genesis CE&I Services LLC (Genesis CEI). Genesis will do business as Genesis Halff, and Genesis CEI will do business as Genesis Halff CEI.
Genesis, a multi-discipline civil engineering firm, has been transforming communities since 1987 with its expertise in transportation, land and site development, public works, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), community planning, and landscape architecture. Genesis CEI has extensive knowledge in transportation, infrastructure, and construction engineering and inspection, including utility coordination, contractor quality control (CQC), scheduling, claims analysis, and dispute resolution.
The firm employs 100 people in six locations throughout Florida, including two in Tampa (one as headquarters), Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Miramar Beach, and Chipley.
