AHRI promotes vice president of research

Xudong Wang has been promoted to vice president of research for the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute.
Wang represents the institute at many international academic conferences. His research abstract, “A3 Refrigerant R290 Leak and Ignition Testing for Mini-Split Air Conditioners,” was recently selected for presentation at the International Conference on Compressor and Refrigeration in Xi’an China in July 2019.
According to AHRI, Wang’s leadership within the AHRI research department and the Air Conditioning and Heating Research and Technology Institute will continue to contribute valuable scholarship on important industry issues.
