On January 15, enVerid Systems was named “best in show” in the Innovation Awards during the 2019 AHR Expo in Atlanta.

Products from 10 different categories were honored with Innovation Awards, with one winner, enVerid Systems, presented with the Product of the Year Award. enVerid was honored in the green building category, and won the overall Product of the Year for its HVAC Load Reduction (HLR) module 1000E-M. Udi Meirav, CEO and founder of enVerid, was presented with the award during a ceremony at the AHR Expo.

The enVerid HLR module 1000E-M is an indoor air scrubber module designed to lower energy wastage for HVAC systems and reduce the amount of outside air needed for ventilation by 60-80 percent. According to officials, this results in increased energy efficiency and annual energy savings of 20-30 percent with peak capacity reductions of 10-20 tons per HLR module. Officials also said the design is a first of its kind to safely remove all molecular contaminates, including carbon dioxide, formaldehyde, and other VOCs.

All the winners of an Innovation Award were honored during the January 15 presentation, this included Automated Logic Corporation in the building automation category; Johnson Controls in the cooling category; Regal in the heating category; CPS Products Inc. in the IAQ category; Anvil International in the plumbing category; Emerson for the refrigeration category; Taco Comfort Solutions for the software category; Dwyer Instruments for the tools and instruments category; and Energy Wall LLC for the ventilation category.
