Mulcahy Co. has acquired the product line Power Flame, a manufacturer of burners and combustion control systems.

Betsy Torvick, industrial boiler sales representative for Mulcahy, said the expansion adds depth to Mulcahy's industrial and commercial product line.

"The addition of Power Flame’s broad line of quality and energy efficient burners are a great complement to our industrial and commercial sales portfolio," Torvick said. "We are thrilled to be able to bring our years of experience and their reliable products together."

Within the past year, Mulcahy expanded into steam boiler sales with the acquisition of Minneapolis-based Blesi-Evans and added an office in Fargo, North Dakota. Mulcahy was founded in 1929 and is a manufacturer's representative principally serving the heating, cooling, and plumbing industries.
