Goodway has released two free webinars, “Scale: Why You Have It, What It Does and How to Descale Safely and Effectively” and “Preventative Maintenance for Cooling Tower Systems.” The webinars are available for viewing on the Goodway website.

In “Scale: Why You Have It, What It Does and How to Descale Safely and Effectively,” Goodway’s descaling expert, Tim Fregeau, discusses the basics of scale and the impact it has on industrial systems across multiple industry segments. Fregeau walks participants through how to identify scale, how to develop an effective plan for removal, and how to manage any recurrence.

Fregeau is a 30-year old sales and management expert in the HVAC/industrial descaling market. He currently serves as sales director for Goodway Technologies.

In “Preventative Maintenance for Cooling Tower Systems,” Goodway’s liquid solutions expert, Ray Field, discusses the importance of cooling tower maintenance for facilities and public health. In addition to the important health aspects, he also discusses how proper cooling tower maintenance helps to maintain overall system efficiency and reduce operational costs. Viewers learn about the development of a preventative maintenance plan and the proper maintenance steps.

Field is a chemical engineer and certified water technologist with over 25 years of experience in water treatment and chemical products development. He serves as director of liquid solutions for Goodway Technology and specializes in developing diversified chemical technologies, product management, and business development.
