AMCA International revises Standard 99
The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International has announced the revision of Standard 99, Standards Handbook.
The new designation for Standard 99 is AMCA Standard 99-16. AMCA Standard 99-16 was adopted by AMCA membership on October 31, 2016, and was approved by the American National Standards Institute on November 10, 2016.
AMCA 99 is a repository of reference material that supports all other AMCA publications and standards. This standard serves as a collection of information that can be used in the development of other AMCA documents.
It is recommended that the definitions in this document be used in all standards and publications. However, AMCA officials said standard and publication developing committees retain the authority to create and maintain a definition specific to their document.
