Titus appoints new VP of sales and marketing

Titus HVAC has hired Hajo Siemers as its vice president of sales and marketing. Hajo’s role includes leading all sales, marketing, and engineering activities for Titus. Titus officials said he will utilize innovative strategic planning and data analysis to achieve business growth for the company.

An industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience in strategic planning, risk management, leadership and team building, Hajo is experienced in implementing business development strategies. He will strive to bolster Titus’ service offerings and expedite new product advancement.

“Hiring a respected global leader like Hajo reaffirms Titus’ status as a magnet for top HVAC talent, and we could not be more excited to have him join our team,” said Gordon Jones, president of Air Systems Components and vice president of Johnson Controls Building Efficiency division. “With his vast experience in developing and implementing growth strategies for both product development and distribution, Hajo will be a key asset in driving the execution of a strategic roadmap that furthers HVAC innovation and business growth for Titus.”

“With 70 years of innovation, Titus is known throughout the world for redefining comfort and providing solutions to customers’ toughest problems in air distribution, so taking a leadership role with such a respected company is a privilege,” Hajo said. “I look forward to supporting clients by leveraging Titus’ incredible talent, new product lineup, and strong distribution network.”

Hajo previously served as the product portfolio leader for Trane’s custom air-handling group. He implemented strategies that amplified the group’s business portfolio, and restructured the distribution support group to boost efficiency. Hajo also developed sales tools that improved the customer experience and increased employee engagement, according to the company.

Hajo taught global strategy and business development for five years at Viterbo University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Viterbo and an MBA in Global Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Hajo is a Six Sigma Green Belt Champion and fluent in five languages.
