McWeeney comes to Danfoss with an extensive background in engineering and business — most recently working as service manager for a large residential HVAC contracting firm in New Hampshire. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
