Moffitt strengthens partnership with Colt Group
Moffitt Corporation, Inc. has created a new alliance with Colt Group, a United Kingdom-based provider of ventilation systems. With this new agreement, Moffitt says it will use Colt's global coverage to enhance its ability to sell Moffitt natural ventilation products, including the MoffittVent natural ventilator, to customers around the world. In turn, Colt will use Moffitt ventilation products and design knowledge to advance its global Heavy Industry Initiative.
Colt designs and installs systems for smoke control, natural ventilation, solar shading, and performance louver systems. Its network of offices around the world will allow Moffitt to market its natural ventilation products through a team with first-hand information of local conditions, regulations, and practices. Colt is licensed to sell Moffitt products in South America, Europe, the Middle East, East Asia, and Australia.
This new agreement complements an existing licensing deal that grants Moffitt Corporation the exclusive rights to manufacture and sell Colt products, including the Labyrinth natural ventilator in North America. Colt and Moffitt will continue to work together to promote their respective brands and develop new product offerings.
