TAC Announces Leadership Change

October 30, 2007

DALLAS – October 30, 2007 – TAC, a world leader in building automation, security systems and energy services, has appointed Jeff Drees president of TAC in the Americas region and executive vice president of TAC AB. Drees will be responsible for strategic planning and management for the performance and growth of the company in North, Central and South America.

"Jeff joined TAC in 2001 and has served our company in several roles, including vice president of the Partners division, of Energy Solutions Sales and most recently, of Systems Integration, Central," said Arne Frank, chief executive officer of TAC AB. "With his successful track record and broad experience in TAC's business, Jeff is well qualified to strengthen TAC's market leadership position."

"Clients today are demanding more than building systems," Drees said. "They're looking for solutions that can save energy, add value to their businesses and contribute to a better environment overall. TAC pays attention to these needs; in delivering our solutions, we focus on reducing capital expenses, lowering operating expenses and improving our clients' business performance."

Before joining TAC, Drees held various management and engineering positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Honeywell Inc. He also served as a technician for the United States Air Force. Drees earned an associate's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering from the United States Air Force and a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering / management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill. He also has a master's degree in business administration from Aurora University in Aurora, Ill.
