GE Fanuc Automation North America, Inc. , an affiliate of the General Electric Company recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Intellution, Inc. , a leading supplier of industrial automation software, with more than 185,000 installations around the world, and a division of Emerson Process Management, an Emerson business.
