Automated Logic Corp. (ALC) has acquired the business of Building Technologies Group, Inc. (BTG), an independent controls contractor serving the greater New York City and New Jersey marketplace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

BTG designs, installs, and services building control systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in the greater New York City metropolitan area and northern New Jersey.  BTG was established in 1999 to provide building owners with control, safety, and energy monitoring solutions. BTG’s management team and its employees will continue in their respective roles, including Frank Del Vecchio, president; Kevin Kerr, executive vice president; Brian Hallowell, vice president of service, and James Dagostino, vice president of operations.
