Twelve wholesalers earned the Peak Performance Award in 2003:

The SystemPro Award is given to wholesalers that sell the highest volume of Copeland hermetic refrigeration condensing units per branch. This year's winners included:

• Refrigeration Supplies Distributor - Total Control (Second consecutive year)

To be eligible for a Certified Parts award, wholesalers must demonstrate outstanding sales excellence. Three wholesalers were awarded the Certified Parts award:
