Andover Controls/TAC/Tour Andover Controls
Andover Controls and TAC have combined to form a building automation company now known as Tour Andover Controls. The companies were merged by Schneider Electric, a worldwide leader in electrical distribution, power and controls, which purchased TAC in June 2003 and acquired Andover Controls in August 2004. The new name draws from Tour & Andersson Controls, an earlier identity of TAC, and leverages the brand and name recognition of Andover Controls in the United States and the United Kingdom, and of TAC in northern Europe.
