Parker Hannifin Corporation/Sporlan Valve Company

Parker Hannifin Corporation and Sporlan Valve Company jointly announced that Parker has completed its acquisition of Sporlan for an undisclosed amount. The deal is expected to be accretive to earnings in the first full fiscal year.
