Danfoss Inc./Saginomiya
Danfoss Inc. and Saginomiya have begun cooperative efforts in the manufacture and marketing of controls for refrigeration and A/C. The two companies have announced the signing of a joint venture agreement establishing Danfoss Saginomiya Sp. Z o.o., a new company to be equally owned by Saginomiya Seisakusho, Inc. and Danfoss A/S.
