Stulz of North America announced the purchase of Air Technology Systems, Inc. (ATS) as of Mar. 30, 2001. The new company will be known as Stulz Air Technology Systems, Inc. Both companies are based in Frederick, MD, and ATS had expanded its production facilities as recently 1999. Stulz president Bassam Shadid stated that the present distribution networks will remain intact and that current representatives will continue to sell, support and service their respective product lines.
