Source Refrigeration & HVAC, Inc. ("the Company") announced today that the Company has been acquired in a management-led buyout from Edison International. The Company, formerly known as Edison Source, was a wholly owned subsidiary of Edison International. Headquartered in Anaheim, Calif., the Company provides quality refrigeration/hvac construction and equipment services to customers in 11 Western states. The primary customers are grocery stores, convenience stores, government facilities, manufacturers, restaurants, retailers and other users of refrigeration equipment.
