The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, has selected REM Systems, Inc., (Chatham, NJ) as prime environmental consultant for a long-term Pre-Placed Remedial Action Contract for hazardous, toxic, and/or radioactive waste (HTRW) services. Under the contract, BEM will provide up to $15 million worth of remediation services at sites throughout the Southeastern U.S. Work under the contract will be administered from BEM's Mid-Atlantic Regional office in Newport News, VA.
