Donaldson Company/Filtration Group, Inc.
The Donaldson Company (Minneapolis) and Filtration Group, Inc. (Joliet, IL) have signed an agreement which states that Filtration Group will acquire the equipment and related assets from Donaldson to produce filters for bio safety cabinets and clean air systems.
