Penn Ventilation and Barry Blower will announce a merger at the AHR Expo in Orlando, FL, on February 7, 2005. The new company, called PennBarry, officially launches March 1, 2005 and will be headquartered in Richardson, TX as part of London-based Tomkins plc, a world-class global engineering group with market and technical leadership across three specific businesses: industrial and automotive, air systems components, and engineered and construction products. The merger will include the holdings of Bayley Fans and Industrial Air manufacturers of specialized air handling equipment.
