Lau Industries, Inc. (Lebanon, IN) has been granted a U.S. patent for the unique design of its Supreme Fan GBD Heavy-Duty, Curb-Mounted Exhaust Blower. The patent was issued in recognition of the special GBD ventilation system which is designed specifically for heavy-duty restaurant and high-static applications. The Supreme Fan GBD reservoir is specially engineered to separate large amounts of liquid from real restaurant grease. Water and snow run off onto the roof while grease is trapped in the reservoir.
