Nortec Industries Inc.

Nortec Industries Inc. (Ogdensburg, NV) announced that it has acquired Environmental Engineering Concepts Inc. (Palm Springs, CA). EEC specializes in the design and manufacture of high pressure fogging systems. The company developed the world's first outdoor cooling systems for homes, resorts, hotels and restaurants. While EEC will operate as a separate division within the group, its key components will be manufactured at Nortec's ISO-9001-1994 resgistered facility and it will be represented and serviced by Nortec's 120 North American agents.
