A Delivery Order for an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) from the United States Department of State has been awarded to The Trane Company (La Crosse, WI). The ESPC is to be conducted at the U.S. Embassy compound in Seoul, Korea. The order, which falls under the Department of Energy (DOE) Technology Specific Energy Savings Performance Contract program, will allow Trane to begin mobilization and construction of energy-based solutions that will address the mechanical system needs of 157 single-family homes and the ambassador's residence.
