Cain selling suspension system
Cain Manufacturing Co. Inc. said it is now the exclusive HVAC market distributor for Doby Verrolec’s DobyGrip cable suspension system.
Designed to speed installation of suspended HVAC equipment, it includes a zinc-cast body and a patented gripping wheel. A built-in release mechanism and a galvanized steel cable makes installation fast and efficient, officials say.
The DobyGrip comes in three sizes and a kit that includes pre-cut cables and a range of end fixings. Individual grips and 500 feet of cable are available in 3/64-, 5/64- and 1/8-inch diameters.
Cain said it will also offer the cable with nail anchor FNA II-OE for concrete installations and the Y fitting, which it says reduces the number of fixing points. Cain will distribute the system through manufacturer representatives and HVAC distributors that carry Cain products.
