Pete Cassidy and Mark Perpar of Par Mechanical in Montrose, Colo., are the February winners of Lochinvar’s VIP Installation Showcase.

Cassidy and Perpar entered their recent installation of a radiant heating and a snow-melt system at a 10,000 square-foot home, and nearby the guesthouse. The two contractors used an energy-efficient Knight Heating Boiler from Lochinvar for the project.

“We chose the Knight for this job because it offers the ultimate in comfort and cost savings, as well as easy installation and setup with the Smart System control,” Cassidy said.  “The homeowner was incredibly satisfied with this installation, and winning the VIP Showcase is an added bonus for a highly successful job.” 

Cassidy and Perpar were given a $250 gift card to Cabela’s.
