Danny Carrillo joined Texas Total Comfort Systems right out of high school and tech school. The field service manager is the definition of a top technician and team player.
“When I was starting my work life at 18, I was looking for a career that would never be affected by economic climate,” Carrillo said. “Everybody needs air conditioning, and I will always be there to provide solutions to those that need it.”
He earned the Top Gun million dollar producer award last year by bringing in more than $1 million in revenue. He takes the extra time to research a plethora of topics and then leads training meetings on those topics. He does this because he believes for him to be better, everyone at the company has to be better. In turn, it’s better for the company and the customers. It is the type of thinking that helps companies succeed.
“My goal is to always do what’s best for the client, and I want to run a company and teach technicians how to be the best in the industry,” Carrillo said.
At Texas Total Comfort Systems, Carrillo has been the tech bringing in the most revenue for four years in a row. He also holds team events on his own so that the techs are bonding outside of the work environment.
