Kyle Bayley
Immediately out of high school, Kyle Bayley knew he wanted to work with his hands and pursue a trade school education.
He officially started his HVAC career in 2005 working for a contractor. This eventually led him to enter an apprenticeship as an environmental control system specialist, where he dedicated several years to this role while gaining valuable experience. Bayley later transitioned from the contractor level to distribution sales, supporting HVAC products.
In 2021, Bayley joined LG Air Conditioning Technologies USA as an area sales manager, where his primary responsibilities include promotion, education, and support around LG's HVAC products. He works closely with distributors and contractors, guiding them throughout the sales process and providing comprehensive knowledge about the benefits of the products.
Thanks to his background in the field and extensive experience working with contractors, Bayley has become a trusted partner for his clients. Contractors quickly establish trust with him due to his firsthand understanding of their challenges. His excellent communication skills, experience, and education enable him to effectively support contractors in selecting and installing the most suitable products for their projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Bayley's work at LG is particularly noteworthy in the context of environmental sustainability and the shift toward electrification. He actively promotes LG's products, especially those incorporating inverter technology, which offers significant advancements in zoned control, efficiency, and client operation — or, in his own words, it offers “total comfort.” He is committed to educating contractors about this technology, ensuring its correct application and design for maximum benefits.
